FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can we start after scoping?

For software and mobile apps, sprint discovery kicks off within 3 to 5 business days after contract sign-off. Urgent infrastructure deployments can be scheduled in as little as 48 hours.

Do you handle on-site networking outside Kampala?

Yes. Our field engineering units travel throughout Central, Western, Eastern and Northern Uganda, as well as cross-border sites in Rwanda, Kenya and South Sudan for enterprise structured cabling and server rack setups.

Can we drop by the Kyaliwajjala studio without an appointment?

You are welcome to visit our lounge any time between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM on weekdays. For in-depth architecture discussions, booking in advance ensures the Lead Software Architect is free and prepared with relevant case studies.

Do you sign NDAs before preliminary discussions?

Strictly and always. We execute standard bilateral NDAs before reviewing proprietary codebases, database schematics or unannounced product mockups.

Prefer fresh Arabica and a whiteboard?

Drop by Martyrs Mall for hot Ugandan brew and technical debates.
